Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

7. BUSINESS
a. Consider a motion to grant a waiver for special improvements for property located at approximately 649 North 700 East as discussed by Corey Winkel.
b. Consider approving a conditional use for Central Utah Counseling Center for the construction of a residential facility to be located on the northwest corner of 100 East 300 South.
c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2015-4 annexing property owned by D Curtis Enterprises, Ltd and consider requirements for water shares.
d. Consider adopting Resolution 2015-4 setting water connection fees.
e. Mayor Ogden to present the Mayor's proposed budget for fiscal year 2015-16.
