NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for November 2019.
7. BUSINESS
a. Planning Commission Report.
b. Consider approving an amended plat for the Richfield Business Park.
c. RHS Engineering students to present proposals for a Centennial Park.
d. Mike Lopez of Atlas Tree Services to discuss the pruning of trees on Main Street.
e. Shauna Hawley to request funding for a production of the Lamb of God.
f. Trenton Willson to discuss USU Rural Online Initiative.
g. Public Hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation for Lee Woolsey, Holly Woolsey and Clark Pearson, located at approximately 150 E 700 S.
h. Consider amending the property maintenance ordinance to address commercial dumpsters on City rights-of-way.
i. Consider awarding the bid for the bike path project along the canal to the low bidder.
j. Consider approving the funding of liability insurance for the Messiah.
k. Consider adopting Ordinance 2019-8 annexing property owned by Michael and Julie Coons, also known as the KOA.
l. Consider approving an agreement with InfoWest to locate an antenna on top of the water tank.
m. Consider approving a transfer of entitlements agreement with FAA.
n. Consider the sale of granite pavers to the Wayne County Veterans.
