NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on September 1, 2020.
6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED – Consider approving expenditures for November 2020.
7. BUSINESS
a. Rick Roberts and Gabe Miller to present the audited financial statement for the period ending June 30, 2020.
b. Consider a motion to ratify Ordinance 2020-14 annexing the property being purchased by CSS Composites.
c. Planning Commission report.
d. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-18 rezoning the property located at 341 North 600 East from Commercial Shopping (CS) to Multi-family Residential (RM-11) as recommended by the Planning Commission.
e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-19 rezoning the property located along the east side of 100 West between 500 South and 600 South from Commercial Shopping (CS) to Multi-family Residential (RM-11).
f. Review and consider approving the plans for the sidewalk along 500 East from approximately 750 North to 600 North.
g. Review proposals and consider approving an engineering firm to design the new park.
h. Consider approving plans to remodel the old Elk’s Lodge building.
i. Review an estimate to repair the canal bank and consider approving the same.
j. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-16 amending entrance requirements for short-term rentals.
k. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-17 allowing campgrounds in the general commercial zones as a C-2 use.
l. Review and discuss water rates.
m. Review and consider approving amended policies for the Police Department.
