NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on September 22, 2020.
6. BUSINESS
a. Consider adopting a Resolution 2020-15 approving the financing By Richfield City, Utah (the “Issuer”), of the acquisition, construction, equipping and furnishing of a bicycle parts manufacturing facility to be located in Richfield City, Utah and related improvements for CSS Composites LLC, in order to promote the general welfare of the residents of the State of Utah; authorizing the issuance by the Issuer of its not to exceed $10,0000,000 Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2020 (CSS Composites Project); and related matters.
b. Public hearing to receive concerning an amendment to the General Plan and zoning map for the property located at 341 N 600 E, Richfield, changing from CS (commercial shopping) zone to RM-11 (multi-family residential) zone.
c. Public hearing to receive comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map for the property located on the east side or 100 West Street between 500 South and 600 South changing from CS (commercial shopping) zone to RM-11 (multi-family residential) zone.
d. Consider approving a development agreement with Randy Christensen for the development of the street, water, and sewer lines in the R&R Subdivision.
e. Consider approving funds for the proposed CDBG project to remodel the Senior Citizen’s Center.
f. Consider adopting Resolution 2020-10 affecting the sewer rates.
g. Consider approving Ordinance 2020-13 allowing campgrounds in the general commercial (CG) zone as a C-2 use.
h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-15 amending the Annexation policy of the General Plan changing the requirement for water for future commercial developments on a case-by-case basis.
i. Review and discuss capital project funds.
j. Review and discuss the monthly financial statement.
