OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

- BUSINESS
a. Consider approving a bid for carpet at the Library.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on an update to the Transportation Master Plan.
c. Public hearing to receive comments on an update to the development standards.
d. Consider approving an additional donation to the Central Utah Food Bank for $6,200.
e. Consider accepting a proposal for a bench at one of the parks dedicated to Erik Aldredge.
f. Consider granting final approval of the Mountain Valley Vision Subdivision on the property north of Sevier Valley Hospital.
g. Consider approving a bid for a crack seal project.
h. Planning Commission Report.
i. Consider approving the installation of a drive-through for Pablo Galeana’s business, Los 5 Amigos, located at 690 E 300 N, as recommended by the Planning Commission.
j. Consider allowing SITLA access across City property at approximately 800 South 100 East.
k. Consider an application for a Rural Communities Opportunity Grant of $600,000, which requires a 20% match, to help install the sewer line under I-70 for Utah Beef Producers.
l. Discuss and consider approving an application to the Joint Highway Committee to extend the bike path along Airport Road or possibly Cove View Road.
m. Consider approving an application for additional funding to continue for additional updates to the general plan.
n. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-14, amending the definition of a mixed-use.
o. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-15, amending the subdivision ordinance to include condominiums and condominium conversions.
p. Consider approving the expense of $5,360 for an update to the meter reading software with an annual maintenance expense of $3,860.
q. Consider adopting Resolution 2023-15 opening and amending the fiscal year 2023-2024 budget.
r. Consider amending Resolution 2023-12 allowing for payment on the actual gallons instead of the truck’s capacity as it relates to rates for wastewater dumping. - OTHER BUSINESS
