a. Planning Commission report.
b. Charles Billingsley to discuss property maintenance issues for Ralph Smith and Calvin Baker.
c. Consider accepting the canvass of election for 2018.
d. Consider adopting Ordinance 2018-5 to continue the ZAP tax.
e. Consider opening and amending the budget to deal with the continuation of the ZAP or PAR tax funding.
f. Review and discuss the current financial statement through October 2018.
