NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

- MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on September 27 and October 10, 2022.
- EXPENDITURES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for October 2022.
- BUSINESS
a. First Public Hearing for the Community Development Block Grant, the purpose of the public hearing is to provide citizens with pertinent information about the Community Development Block Grant program and to allow for discussion of possible applications. This public hearing will cover eligible activities, program requirements, and expected funding allocations in the region. The CDBG Program can fund a broad range of activities, including, but not limited to: construction of public works and facilities, e.g., water and sewer lines, fire stations, acquisition of real property, and provision of public services such as food banks or homeless shelters. b. Consider adopting Parameters Resolution 2022-13 authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $2,500,000 in Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Richfield City and calling of a public hearing for December 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project.
c. Jared Jensen to request that the Council consider waiving his improvements along 100 East along the property he plans to develop into an RV Park.
d. Planning Commission Report.
e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-34 allowing daycare center/assisted care center in the R1-10 zone. (Adult day care)
f. Donavan Allen to request waiver of improvements along the frontage of his development at 642 South 100 West.
g. Consider approving a subdivision for Pearson United.
h. Review and discuss setbacks for residential zones.
i. Review and discussed the proposed general plan. - OTHER BUSINESS
