Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Consider approving a bid for carpet at the Library.
b. Consider approving an additional donation to the Central Utah Food Bank for $6,200.
c. Consider granting final approval of the Mountain Valley Vision Subdivision on the property north of Sevier Valley Hospital.
d. Consider approving a bid for a crack seal project.
e. Discuss and consider approving an application to the Joint Highway Committee to extend the bike path along Airport Road or possibly Cove View Road.
f. Consider approving an application for additional funding to continue for additional updates to the general plan.
g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-14, amending the definition of a mixed-use.
h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-15 amending the subdivision ordinance to include condominiums and condominium conversions. - OTHER BUSINESS
