Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. APPOINTMENTS – Consider a motion to appoint Susan Barnett to the Library Board and to appoint poll workers for the November election.
6. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held October 10, 2017.
7. EXPENDITURES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for September 2017.
8. BUSINESS
a. Kimball and Roberts to present the audited financial statement for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on the City’s application to CIB for a $53,000 loan/grant to complete a Sewer System Evaluation and Capacity Assurance Plan and an overall study of the wastewater collection and treatment facilities.
c. Discuss 50 West alley way project with State Bank and consider approving a change to the authorized amount.
d. Consider approving the extension of the water line on 500 East.
e. Consider a motion to ratify the approval of the Poulson Estates Phase II plat that was originally approved on September 9, 2014.
