OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAHPursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)1. 5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held July 28 and August 11, 2020.
6. BUSINESS
a. Public hearing to receive comments regarding the issuance of industrial development revenue bonds, series 2020 (CSS Composite project) in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $10,000,000; and related matters.
b. Karen Ashby to discuss the Children’s Justice Center mission and its funding sources.
c. Jared Jensen to discuss possible of development of property located at approximately 600 South and 80 East.
d. Planning Commission Report.
e. Discuss proposed multi-family housing development and master transportation plan located north of KFC/Taco Bell.
f. White Sanitation to discuss a contract renewal with the City for garbage collection.
g. Consider adopting Resolution 2020-11 accepting an Annexation Petition filed by the Peterson family.
h. Consider awarding the bid for the sewer lift station.
i. Consider approving an application to the Joint Highway Committee and determine the location for the project.
j. Review and discuss the sidewalk project for 500 East from the Stake Center to 600 North.
k. Consider the sale of Lot 9 in the Richfield Business Park to Western Valley Investments (Dustin Nielson) along with a development agreement.
l. Consider approving an oil and gas lease with S & K Energy for 5 years.
m. Consider adopting Resolution 2020-10 adjusting water and sewer rates.
n. Consider features for the new park and having an engineer come up with a proposed design.
o. Consider approving funds to clean out the Cottonwood channel.7. OTHER BUSINESS
