- BUSINESS
a. Planning Commission Report.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code to allow commercial kennels in the CG zone as a C-2 use.
c. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning code defining motel/hotel/extended stay.
d. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code rezoning the property located at approximately 265 North 600 East from CS (commercial shopping) zone to RM-11 multi-family housing.
e. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code requiring the same number of parking spaces in both the RM-11 and RM-24 zones: a minimum of 2 parking spaces per unit, 2 ½ spaces for two and three-bedroom units.
f. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the transportation master plan to change the designation of 100 West Street from 1500 South to the south from a major collector to a minor collector.
g. Public hearing to receive comments concerning a proposed annexation for property located at approximately 1300 South and 550 West.
h. Consider adopting Resolution 2021-16 accepting the annexation petition filed by Four Star, LLC. for property located at approximately 1500 South and 100 West
i. Consider adopting Ordinance 2021-18 rezoning the property located on 500 West between 700 and 800 South and owned by Cefalia Development, LLC to RM-24 (high-density multi-family residential).
j. Consider opening and amending the budget for the fiscal year 2021-22 to include funds received and expended from a FIG grant for Trails 360 and trails marketing. - Consider approving an application for a FIG grant for the CCC road and a City match as discussed by Carson DeMille.
- Consider approving a salt shed to housing salt to treat the roads during winter storms.
