a. Public hearing to receive comments concerning a proposal to revise the Zoning Code as it pertains to residential uses in the Downtown Zone.
b. Consider approving Revision #1 of the Standard Operating Procedures for the Cottonwood Wash Detention Dam due to the extension of Outlet Culvert to Facilitate Sevier Valley Hospital North Parking Lot Construction.
c. Review the agreement with Kay L. McIff for water shares associated with an annexation dated September 23, 2013.
