Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held June 23 and July 14, 2020.
6. BUSINESS
a. Consider approving a Hangar Space Lease at the Airport for Steve Lester.
b. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-11 setting curfew in parks and recreation areas.
c. Consider a motion to award the bid for the Walmart sewer lift station.
d. Public hearing to receive comments on an application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for 11.8 million dollars to reconstruct and repair the sewer lagoons.
e. Consider approving the submission of an application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding for the reconstruction and repair of the sewer lagoons requesting 50% loan and 50% grant. Total cost estimate 11.8 million dollars.
f. Review and discuss an increase to water and sewer rates.
g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-12 creating the Richfield City Community Reinvestment Agency, and related matters.
h. Consider defining another project area for the CRA.
i. Discuss items CAREs money is being spent on.
