NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held June 25, 2019.
6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for July 2019.
7. BUSINESS
a. Consider awarding the bid for improvements to the new park and authorizing a notice to proceed when all requirements are met.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on an amendment to the parade/special event ordinance.
c. Public hearing to receive comments on an amendment to the General Plan as it relates to annexations policy for acceptable water shares.
d. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the use table of the Zoning ordinance as it relates to the cultivation of cannabis in the downtown zone (D).
e. Public hearing to receive comments on the proposal to construct a Community Development Center including an indoor/outdoor pool and other amenities.
f. Consider approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Forest Service for the construction, maintenance and future operation of the mountain bike trail.
