Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Noise Ordinance as it relates to street sweeping and snow removal.
b. Paula Warner to request an amendment to the City’s policy to allow farmers markets on the City Park.
c. Consider approving a drive-up window to be included in a project submitted by Scott Hyatt for a business called Fiiz Drinks to be located at approximately 1200 South 100 West.
d. Consider approving a project area for the creation of a Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA).
e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-9 rezoning the property identified as parcel 1-12-14 owned by Cary and Sherri Day.
f. Consider adopting ordinance 2020-10 amending the specifications for accessory buildings in rural residential zones.
g. Consider approving an Airport Ground Lease Agreement with Will Robinson for Space #24 at the Richfield Airport.
h. Consider awarding the bid for the sewer lift station.
i. Consider amending the City’s capital project list to include the sewer lagoons.
j. Lyndon Friant to discuss Joint Highway funding and the streets that would qualify for use of those funds.
k. Review and discuss amending the City ordinances to designate operating hours for the parks and making the violation an infraction.
l. Consider approving a Field Usage Agreement and a Field Rental Agreement.
m. Consider the purchase of a dump truck.
n. Consider approving a cash receipting and deposit policy.
6. Review the City’s financial statement for the second quarter of 2020.
