NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

- BUSINESS
a. Mayor Ogden to introduce City attorney, Eric Johnson.
b. Eric Johnson to discuss open and public meetings.
c. Paula Warner to discuss Octoberfest.
d. Consider designs for the new park.
e. Planning Commission Report.
f. Consider approving conditional use and plans for the construction of Patriot Storage Units to be located at approximately 75 East 1300 South (East of Tractor Supply).
g. Consider approving conditional use and plans for the construction of an accessory building for the Six County Association of Governments to be located at 600 North 200 East.
h. Consider approving an agreement with the State of Utah Aeronautical Operations Division for the FAA grant to design an additional apron area at the airport.
i. Consider approving an ARPA grant for the airport.
j. Review and discuss an Off-Highway Vehicle Fiscal Incentive Grant for $38,100 and a cash and in-kind match from the City to create a promotional video for Richfield.
k. Consider upgrading the deep shop well with a VFD for $86,172.
l. Review and discuss the installation of an air conditioning unit for the City pool.
m. Consider amending Section XV of the Policy and Procedures Manual to change payroll from semi-monthly to bi-weekly with payday being every other Friday.
n. Consider forming a steering committee consisting of 2 Councilmembers, Chamber representative, 2 business owners, City staff, and a County official for the Main Street Revitalization project and individuals to serve on it.
