Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

6. BUSINESS
a. Open a public hearing to receive comments concerning amending the Zoning Code as it pertains to rules concerning the keeping of chickens within the City limits.
b. Rory Pence to discuss a property maintenance matter.
c. Discuss the painting and striping bids received and consider awarding the bid as recommended by Kary Monroe of Jones & DeMille Engineering.
d. Travis Kyhl to discuss the potential of a second phase for the Eagle View Townhome project.
e. Consider approving a Airport ground lease with Jorgensen Aviation.
f. Review and discuss recommendation made by the Planning Commission for the keeping of chickens within the City limits and determine what, if any, changes should be made to the ordinance.
