NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the special meeting held May 28, 2019.
6. BUSINESS
a. Miss Richfield Josie Thalman to discuss her reign this past year.
b. Melinda Costa to discuss funding for the Sevier Valley Community Theater.
c. Consider a motion to accept a proposal for Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
d. Consider a motion to update police policies as discussed by Chief Trent Lloyd.
e. Consider a motion to open and amend the budget for fiscal year 2018-2019 with increases and/or decreases in the budget and consider a motion to adopt Resolution 2019-2 accepting the budget for the operation of all departments for fiscal year 2019-2020.
f. Consider a motion to adopt Resolution 2019-3 accepting the certified tax rate from the Sevier County Auditor for fiscal year 2018-2019.
g. Recess to convene a Municipal Building Authority Meeting.
h. Reconvene.
i. Consider approving an annexation denial letter for Coby Christensen.
j. Update on the swimming pool.
