- APPOINTMENTS Consider appointing Glen Taylor to the Library Board, reappointing Kathy Lister and Jannalee Jeffery to the Library Board, and consider an appointment to the Planning Commission.
- MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on April 27 and the special meetings held on April 27 and April 29.
- BUSINESS
a. Consider approving the Smith Housing Project and discuss items that may need to be included in a development agreement.
b. Chad McWilliams to report on tourism and transient room tax for Sevier County.
c. Janet Bird to discuss the development of pickleball courts.
d. Review and discuss proposals for the new park.
e. Discuss accepting a grant for a promotional video for the City.
f. Consider a donation for the RHS Booster Club.
g. Consider awarding the bid for the paving of the bike path.
h. Consider awarding a bid to redo the water line on 200 East.
i. Consider approving the purchase of a mower for the parks department.
j. Consider a motion to open and amend the budget for the fiscal year 2020-2021 with increases and/or decreases in the budget.
