Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Public hearing to receive comments on the tentative budget for 2020/21.
b. Discuss the Hare Subdivision on 500 East and if the waiver of improvements would still be granted if an amended plat were filed.
c. Discuss a request to vacate a portion of a street near the entrance to the South Meadow Subdivision or the possibility of allowing the property to be fenced by the adjacent property owner, Cary Day.
d. Planning Commission Report.
e. Consider approving a subdivision plat of the property owned by Jared Jensen and Kenneth Jensen at 545 South Main Street (parcel no. 1-56-41).
