NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Monday, May 9, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation
  4. ROLL CALL
  5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on April 26, 2022.
  6. EXPENDITURES – Consider approving the warrants for April 2022.
  7. BUSINESS
    a. Tooter Ogden to introduce himself.
    b. Malcolm Nash and Commissioner Ogden to discuss potential funding from the County and the requirements for that funding.
    c. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposal to rezone property located at approximately 1000 N 300 W from single-family to multi-family residential.
    d. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposal to rezone property located at approximately 1000 N 500 W from single-family to multi-family residential.
    e. Planning Commission report.
    f. Consider approving a lot split for Triple J, LLC on the property west of Home Depot.
    g. Consider approving a lot split for the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church located at 1310 W 1800 S across from the golf course.
    h. Brady Edwards to discuss fees for food trucks and farmers’ markets and consider approving the same.
    i. Mayor Burrows to present his proposed budget for the fiscal year 2022-23.
