NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  4. ROLL CALL
  5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the special meeting held on March 22, 2022, and the regular meeting held on April 12, 2022.
  6. EXPENDITURES – Consider approving the warrants for March 2022.
  7. BUSINESS
    a. Youth City Council annual report.
    b. Edward Nielson to introduce himself.
    c. Matt Christensen and Malyssa Hart to discuss planting trees at the Nielson Warm Springs Park.
    d. Consider approving delaying the installation of improvements for property located at 735 N 750 E until adjacent properties develop with a consent to participate in a special improvement district when one is created.
    e. Consider awarding the bid for the 300 South Intersection project to the apparent low bidder Rasmussen Excavating.
    f. Consider approving the realignment of 350 West as it affects the RM24, LLC development, and consider approving a quitclaim to RM24, LLC in return for a quitclaim deed for RM24, LLC.
    g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-17 annexing the property owned by Jared Jensen located at 590 S 100 E.
    h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-18 annexing the property owned by Triple J LLC located at approximately 1095 W 1350 S.
    i. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-19 amending the Annexation Policy as it relates to water requirements for annexation.
    j. Consider amending the Policy and Procedure Manual to include Juneteenth as an observed holiday.
    k. Consider if the American Rescue Plan funds should be spent to replace and repair old water lines with lead joints.
