   a. Consider interviewing candidates for the Council vacancy and appointing someone to serve in that position for the remainder of Councilmember Gleave’ s Term. (12/31/23)
   b. Public hearing to receive comments on proposed standards for the RM-24 zone,
   c. Library report by Michelle Olsen.
   d. Consider approving an agreement with Richard and Mary Ann Larsen for the right of way along 325 West.
   e. Consider which impact fees should apply to the Cove Junction housing project west of Home Depot.
   f. Consider a request to deny the annexation of property owned by Max White located at 1200 South Annabella Road.
   g. Consider reaffirming Ordinance 2023-2 annexing the property owned by State of Utah School Trust Lands Administration.
   h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-3 annexing the property owned by Mountain State Contractors, LLC and consider zoning the property commercial shopping (CS).
   i. Consider adopting Resolution 2023-4, adopting the updated general plan.
   j. Discuss implementing an alcohol policy similar to Sevier County’s policy for City facilities.
   k. Consider participating in or opting out of the PEHP Long-term Disability Pilot Program.
   l. Review the current financial statement.
