Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Consider adopting Resolution 2020-2 allowing the City to conduct meetings electronically.
b. Consider adopting Resolution 2020-3 declaring the intention of Richfield City, Utah, to issue industrial revenue bonds to be used to finance the costs of acquiring, constructing and equipping certain expansion and improvements to a bicycle components manufacturing facility for CSS Composites LLC, or any related company (the “Project”); authorizing the issuance and sale of such bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $10,000,000; establishing conditions which must be met at or prior to the issuance of the bonds; providing for the reimbursement from the proceeds of such bonds of expenditures for the Project; and related matters.

d. Consider approval of a minor subdivision filed by Mark and JaLee Alger for property located at 563 West 500 as recommended by the Planning Commission.
e. Consider approving a 3-lot subdivision filed by Kathy Christensen for property located at approximately 700 East Center and consider approving a development agreement for the same.
f. Consider approving a hanger space leases for Matt Twitchell and John Draper.
g. Consider approving a Water Right Purchase Agreement with Dick and Patricia Brian.
