NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

- BUSINESS
a. Consider adopting a proclamation declaring April 28 as Arbor Day in Richfield.
b. Youth City Council to present their annual report.
c. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located at 1080 South Cove View Road from commercial shopping CS to multi-family RM-11.
d. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located at 264 North 600 East from RM-11 to RM-24.
e. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation of property at approximately 1805 North Main Street owned by Mountain State Contractors, Inc.
f. Consider adopting the Notice of Impending Boundary Action and Ordinance 2023-2 annexing the property owned by the State Institution of Trust Lands located between 500 South and 1000 South and between 100
East and 300 East. In addition, consider the request to zone the property RM-24.
g. Todd Mullen to discuss the annual report for the golf course.
h. Planning Commission report.
i. Chase and Hope Christensen to request a waiver of street improvements for the 264 North 600 East property and to appeal the Planning Commissions’ requirement of a block fence.
j. Henry Barlow to request permission to move forward with installing a sewer line for Utah Beef Producers and the City’s participation in the cost.
k. Consider an increase to the non-resident fee for the purchase of cemetery spaces.
l. Consider purchasing a 2014 International for the Public Works Department, as discussed by Keith Mogan & Tyson Hansen. - OTHER BUSINESS
