OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

- BUSINESS
a. Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Sewer Revenue Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project to be funded by the Bonds for financing the construction of sewer system improvements, including reconstruction the south primary and secondary sewer lagoon cells, including rip rap, clay liner, soil, and sludge removal, embankments, transfer structure, splitter box, primary inlet reconstruction, transfer pumping, site dewatering, concrete and road repair, manholes and sewer pipe, together with all related work and improvements thereof.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation of property owned by Gurney Investments, LLC and Motzkus Properties, LLC, and located between 1300 and 1500 South and 400 and 300 West.
c. Consider approving the use of permits for events on the parks and fees for such use.
d. Consider adopting Resolution 2021-7 accepting the annexation petition filed by Derek and Sharlee Stokes located at approximately 1950 South Airport Road.
e. Kelly Chappell to review and discuss new park concept options.
f. Fire Chief Brian Worley to discuss the purchase of a new brush truck and consider approving the purchase.
g. Brayden Gardner and Kurt Heath to request funding for a BMX track project with $19,000 from Sevier and a donation from Staker Parsons.
h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2021-4 rezoning the property owned by Smith Loft Properties, LLC, and located at 75 West 1500 South from multi-family residential (RM-11) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24) as recommended by the Planning Commission.
i. Consider adopting Ordinance 2021-5 rezoning the property owned by RCP Properties Ent., located along 1080 South between 900 and 1000 West from single-family residential (R-1-8) to multi-family residential (RM-11) as recommended by the Planning Commission.
j. Consider adopting Ordinance 2021-6 rezoning the property owned by Ronald Miguel Peterson and located at approximately 350 West Cove View Road from commercial shopping (CS) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24) as recommended by the Planning Commission.
k. Consider adopting Ordinance 2021-7 rezoning the property owned by Appletree West, Inc., and located at 1150 South College Avenue from general commercial (GC) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24) as recommended by the Planning Commission.
l. Consider a request to rent the Rotary Park ballfields on Monday night for girls’ traveling team softball games.
m. Consider upgrading or selling a Cummins single-phase 25KW diesel generator with 400 hours.
n. Review and discuss an increase to the water and sewer connection fees and consider approving the same to cover the cost of the City’s and consider approving the same.
o. Consider amending the Cemetery policies and procedures and specifying the number of spaces an individual or family can purchase, not necessarily have in their name. - OTHER BUSINESS
