NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation
  4. ROLL CALL
  5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on March 8, 2022.
  6. EXPENDITURES – Consider approving the warrants for February 2022.
  7. BUSINESS
    a. Public hearing to receive comments on amendment to the Zoning Code to allows detached accessory dwelling units in the RR-1 and RR-5 zoning districts.
    b. Public hearing to receive comments on an amendment to the Zoning Code to allow buildings to have a height taller than 35 feet in the RM-11 and RM-11 zones.
    c. Dave Coe to request the City sell a portion of parcel #1-10-58.
    d. Tom Bogh to discuss the requirement of improvements along 750 East and request the improvements be waived.
    e. Micklane Farmer to discuss Sevier County’s Transportation Master Plan and the request for a questionnaire to be filled out by the City.
    f. Micklane Farmer to discuss the improvements to the 300 South intersection in advance of the new stop light being installed and consider approving the costs for this project.
    g. Consider awarding the bid on the Airport Apron Expansion project.
    h. Consider approving the costs for the 100 East project.
    i. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-14 adopting all of the required international and national codes and consider adopting Resolution 2022-7 giving Sevier County Building Department permission to enforce Richfield’s zoning and building ordinances.
    j. Consider adopting Resolution 2022-3 supporting the application for the LWCG for the new park.
    k. Consider adopting Resolution 2022-4 authorizing the purchase of the mowers for the golf course.
    l. Consider approving fees for water meters and adopt Resolution 2022-5 for the installation of water and sewer connections by the Public Works Department.
    m. Keith Mogan to discuss proposals to purchase meters locally and consider staffs’ recommendation on how the City should proceed.
    n. Consider amending the 2022 CIB list for Capital Projects.
