Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held February 11, 2020.

a. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the sign ordinance allowing signs to be larger than 100 square feet
b. Public hearing to receive comments on an amendment to the General Plan and zoning map changing the zone of parcel 6-65-2 located at 1140 S Cove View Rd for commercial shopping (CS) to multi-family (RM-11).
c. Planning Commission Report.
d. Consider approving the upgrade to the sewer lift station and the purchase of the equipment for that project.
e. Consider approving impact fees for sewer and water as discussed by Carson DeMille.
f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-4 annexing the property owned by 1535 Properties, LLC. (Jones & DeMille)
g. Consider readopting Ordinance 2020-1 annexing the property owned by Lee Woolsey, Holly Woolsey and Clark Pearson.
h. Consider approving a conveyor tunnel car wash to be located at approximately 1200 South 100 West.
