NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on February 22, 2022.
  6. BUSINESS
    a. Shay Morrison to discuss funding from CDBG for Senior Citizens’ remodel project.
    b. Brady Edwards to discuss improvements to the skate park for the Council to consider approving.
    c. Consider approving a subdivision for TOK Development as discussed by Kendrick Thomas.
    d. Consider approving the purchase of netting for the driving range at the golf course.
    e. Consider approving a lease agreement for the lease of mowers for the golf course.
    f. Planning Commission report.
    g. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property on the east side of 100 West between 600 South and 700 South to RM-24 (high-density multi-family residential) on the north and CS (commercial shopping) zone on the south.
    h. Consider approving an agreement with CSS Composites and Patriot Storage for the development of 100 East from 1100 South to 1300 South as discussed by Trent Brown.
    i. Consider awarding the bid for the 600 North drainage project as discussed by Micklane Farmer.
    j. Consider a motion to move forward with building a new pool building with a plan to include an outside water feature south of the pool.
    k. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-8 rezoning the property at 2115 South Cove View Road from R1-10 (single-family) to RM-11(multifamily).
    l. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-10 amending short-term rentals and setting a limit for the number in each zone.
    m. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-12 rezoning the property located along Airport Road and south of 1800 South from CG, CS, and R1-10 to R1-6 (single-family residential 6,000 square foot lots) with the condition that the property owner/developer will grant the Richfield Municipal Airport an avigation easement.
    n. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-13 rezoning the property on Centennial Plaza on North Main from CG to RM-24 (high-density multi-family residential).
