NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on February 8, 2022.
  6. BUSINESS
    a. UDOT to discuss plans for the street lights on 100 North and 300 South and other improvements planned.
    b. Presentation by Richfield Fire Department.
    c. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property at Centennial Plaza north of the existing townhomes from commercial shopping (CS) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24).
    d. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property west of the golf course along Airport Road from general commercial (CG) to smaller sized single-family residential (R1-6).
    e. Consider approving an agreement for a band to perform on the 3rd of July.
    f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-9 allowing Tattoo establishments in the downtown zone and a conditional use (C-1).
    g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-8 rezoning property at approximately 2115 Cove View Road to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24).
    h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-7 annexing the property along 1500 South owned by the Municipal Building Authority of Richfield, JKL Construction, and A&D Jensen Contractors.
    i. Consider replacing the furnaces at the library.
    j. Consider approving the purchase of a new tank for the Vactor (sewer cleaning machine).
    k. Discuss and consider approving a list of capital projects that the City could apply to the CIB for funding within the next year.
    l. Councilmember Street to discuss getting and installing a Spanish Trail kiosk for Centennial Park with Council’s approval.
