Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

- MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on Jan 25 and Jan 27, 2022.
- EXPENDITURES – Consider approving the Jan 2022 warrants
a. Consider approving an amended Rules of Procedure and Order to include a policy on prayer.
b. Planning Commission Report.
c. Consider approving a conditional use for an addition to the Central Utah Counseling Center located on 100 East 300 South.
d. Consider approving a conditional use for Terry Sharp for a mixed-use at 146 North Main to include apartments and commercial.
e. Consider approving a subdivision for the property located on 350 West between Cove View Road and 1300 South owned by RM24, LLC. (Mainord/Gagon)
f. Consider approving a project to remedy a drainage problem on 600 North. (Micklane Farmer)
g. Consider approving an updated stormwater drainage plan. (Carson DeMille)
h. Consider approving changes to the width of 100 East to approximately 30″ to 35” through the intersection of 1100 S to 1300 S and consider participating in the cost of the road that will not be paved by the developers. (Trent Brown)
i. Consider re-adopting Ordinance 2022-6 annexing the property on 1500 S and 100 W owned by Four Star, LLC., to be zoned RM-24.
j. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-7 annexing the property on 1500 S west of Hwy 118 and East of Airport Road owned by the Municipal Building Authority of Richfield City, A&D Jensen Contractors, and JKL Construction, to be zoned MG.
k. Consider adopting Resolution 2022-1accepting the annexation petition filed by Triple J Holdings for property located along Cove View Road east of I-70 and west of Home Depot.
l. Consider approving an increase in golf fees as discussed by Todd Mullen.
m. Consider approving an agreement with UDOT to powder coat the signal light on 100 North.
n. Consider a request to allow an extension of the water line on Annabella Rd for stock watering. (Keith Mogan)
