NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on January 11, 2022.
  6. BUSINESS
    a. White’s Sanitation annual report.
    b. Consider approving the audited financial statement for June 30, 2021.
    c. Carson DeMille to discuss update to City’s drainage requirements.
    d. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Land Use Code allowing Tattoo establishments in the downtown zone.
    e. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone the property located at 2100 to 2300 South and 1600 West to Cove View Rd to RM-11 zone as recommended by the Planning Commission.
    f. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Land Use Code specifying external finishes on commercial buildings along certain street corridors.
    g. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the land Use Code concerning regulations for short-term rentals.
    h. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation of property located along 1500 South.
    i. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation of property located at approximately 1500 South and 100 West.
    j. Consider approving a conditional use permit as recommended by the Planning Commission to allow the Mountair Motel at 190 South Main to operate as a mixed-use, subject to approval by the building inspector of compliance and completion of all building code requirements.
    k. Consider approving an application to CIB for a planning grant.
    l. Consider approving the waterline in the business park.
    m. Consider approving the Main Street planters.
    n. Consider approving Ordinance 2022-6 annexing the property of Four Star, LLC., at approximately 1500 South and 100 West.
    o. Chief Lloyd to present annual report for the police department.
