NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

6. APPOINTMENTS. Consider appointing Landon Larson to the Planning Commission and reappointing Monte Turner and Greg Bean to the Planning Commission.
7. MINUTES APPROVED. Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held November 12 and December 10, 2019.

a. Public hearing to receive comments on a request for funds for the production of the Lamb of God.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property owned by Sevier School District located at 195 East 500 North from the CS zone (Commercial Shopping )to the RM-11 zone (Multiple Family Residential).
c. Kimball & Roberts to present and discuss the audited financial statement ending June 30, 2019.
d. Consider approving the trimming of tress on Main Street by Atlas Tree Service as discussed by Mike Lopez.
e. Matt Beard of InfoWest to request permission to install an antenna on the property near the water tank.
f. White Sanitation’s annual report.
g. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed ordinance that would regulate the placement of dumpsters in City rights-of-way.
h. Planning Commission Report.
i. Consider approving Phase III of the Links Subdivision as recommended by the Planning Commission.
j. Consider approving an 8-unit apartment complex to be built at 641 E 400 N as recommended by the Planning Commission.
k. Consider adopting Ordinance 2020-1 annexing property owned by Lee and Holly Woolsey.
l. Consider adopting Resolution 2020 accepting the annexation petition filed by Jones & DeMille Engineering.
m. Consider ratifying Ordinance 2019-4 annexing property owned by Michael and Julie Coons.
n. Consider ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding for wildfire resources.
