NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January12, 2021 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation
4. ROLL CALL
5. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held March 10, and October 13, 2020.
6. EXPENDITURES – Consider approving the warrants for Oct and Dec 2020.
7. BUSINESS
a. Kimball and Roberts to present the audited financial statement ending June 30, 2020.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on the proposed annexation of property located at approximately 191 West 1500 South.
c. Consider adopting ordinance 2021-1 annexing the property owned by Smith’s Loft properties the zoning for said annexation to be multi-family residential (RM-11) and general commercial (CG).
d. Planning Commission report.
e. Consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation to allow the keeping of no more than 3 4-H animals in residential zones.
f. Consider approving a sidewalk project on 500 East as discussed by Micklane Farmer.
g. Kelly Chappell to discuss the new park and request for proposals.
h. Recess to convene a Community Reinvestment Agency meeting.
i. Reconvene.
j. Consider a proposal to redo sections of the City’s general plan.
k. Consider a denial of annexation requested by Derek Stokes.
