b. Brion Terry to report on Planning Commission meeting held January 6, 2016.
c. Consider a motion to approve a hanger space lease at the airport.
d. Review and recommend the award of a contract for the 100 East reconstruction project as discussed by Matt Creamer.
e. Consider a motion to approve the CIB Capital Improvement list.
f. Review and discuss clubhouse roof leakage and bids to correct problem.
