NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  5. APPOINTMENTS – Planning Commission members and City Officials
  6. MINUTES APPROVED – Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on December 14, 2021.
  7. EXPENDITURES – Consider approving the warrants for December 2021.
  8. BUSINESS
    a. Planning Commission report.
    b. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-1 amending Table 31-1 of the Land Use Ordinance defining Reception Hall, Reception Center (converted).
    c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-2 rezoning the property owned by RM24, LLC and located at approximately 1200 South 350 West (parcel number 1-7A-23) to RM-24, high-density, multi-family residential zone.
    d. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-3 rezoning the property located at approximately 1180 South Cove View Road zone to the RM-11, multi-family housing zone.
    e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-4 amending parking requirements for multi-family residential zones and student housing projects.
    f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-5 amending the Transportation Plan of the General Plan designating 100 West south of 1500 South as a minor collector.
    g. Lyndon Friant and Micklane Farmer to discuss possible changes to the funding for the 500 North Street project with Council’s approval.
    h. Consider adopting Resolution 2022-1 setting fees charged by the City for the upcoming year.
    i. Consider adopting Resolution 2022-2 setting civil rights policies required for projects receiving funding through federal programs.
    j. Consider an application for a FIG grants for advertisement of the ATV trails as discussed by Councilmember Gleave.
    k. Consider approving a service agreement with Ron Clegg to help the City apply for a grant to the LWCF for funding to help with construction of the new park and adopt Resolution 2022-3 in support thereof.
