NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

 

            PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

 

            The agenda for the meeting is as follows:  (NOTE:  The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

 

1.            Planning Commission Chairman presiding.

            a.        Roll Call.

            b.        Approval of minutes for the meeting of April 2, 2008.       

 

2.         Public Hearings:

            a.         7:00 p.m.    Receive comments concerning a preliminary

                       subdivision application filed by Richfield City regarding

                       property located at approximately 2225 South 100 West to

                       be developed as a commercial park.

            b.        7: 05 p.m.  Receive comments concerning a proposed

                       amendment to the General Plan and Zoning Map allowing a

                       rezone of the property located at approximately 230 east 600

                       North, said zone to be changed from the R1-10 (Residential)

                       zone to the CS zone (Commercial Shopping).

 

3.         Zone Change:

            a.      Consider recommending to the City Council that the General

                      Plan and Zoning Map should be amended reflecting a

                      change of zone for the property located at approximately 30

                      East 600 North, said zone to be changed from the R1-10

                      (Residential) zone to the CS zone (Commercial Shopping). 

 

4.         Annexation and Subdivision:

            a.      Consider Petition for Annexation filed by Richfield City

                     Corporation Concerning property located at approximately

                     2225 South 100 West.  
            b.     Consider giving preliminary approval for the development of

                     a commercial subdivision at approximately 2225 South 100

                     West. 

 

5.         Major Home Occupation Permit:

            a.     Dave Hilderbrand to request approval of a Major Home

                    Occupation Permit allowing him to conduct his business called

                    4-D’s Electric at his home at 139 Redview Drive. 

 

6.         Sign Ordinance.

 

7.         Items for next agenda.

           

8.         Adjourn Meeting.
