Birthday Party Policy

During the Winter from September to February the scheduling of parties will be on Friday afternoons between 4:15 and 5:45 PM.  From the end of February through May parties may be scheduled from 2:00 - 4:00 PM.  Dring the summer from July - August patrons need to schedule thier parties from 3:30 - 5:30 PM.  This policy is designed to provide a better party experience for our patrons. 

The majority of those wishing to schedule a pool birthday party will now be able to do so at a non-open swim time.  Pool and deck space will be more availiable.  Those wishing to use tables and chairs, deck and patio space, open presents and to eat at the poll must schedule thier party during our designated times.  Patrons are welcome to use the pool for open swim if they wnat to make swimming a part of thier patry without exclusive use of the pool.

Reservations are required and should be made a minimum of two weeks in advance in order to assure adequate staffing and facility arrangements.  A minimum of one week isrequired.  The cost for all birthday parties is $2.50 per person.  No passes or special discounts will be accepted.  A minimum charge of $1750 is required for all parties.  Please call the pool at 896-8572 for more details.

Pool Rental Policies

The fee to rent the facility for 1 hour is $35.00 for up to 20 people.  The fee for groups of 20 - 50 people is $75.00 for 1 hour.  For each additional person over 50 there is a $1.50 charge.  For either rental, an extra half hour is $25.00.

 For large group rentals, a deposit of $35.00 is required.  If the facility is left clean and in good condition, the deposit will be refunded.  If the facility is damaged or left unclean, the deposit will be retained.

Children 7 years and under must be accompanied by and adult 18 years or older at all times.  Children under 5 years old must have an adult next to them in the water.

 Aquatic diapers are required for children wearing diapers or those who are not toilet trained.

Richfield City is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.

A $25.00 deposit is required for all facility rentals.  This deposit is refundable or may be included in the cost of the rental if this contract is upheld.  The deposit is due when the contract is signed.

Rental payment will be required at the time of service.

Rental times are for total use of the facility including the pool, deck, and patio. No p arties will be allowed to extend past the designated rental time unless given one week notice and the additional fee paid.  There will be no extensions the day of the rental.  If p arties do not cooperate, the deposit will be kept.

Any damage to city property due to any negligent act by a member of the rental p arty, becomes the responsibility of the person signing this contract.

All safety related rules will be full enforced by Richfield City pool staff
