Volunteer Coaches Make Our Program
Our youth coaches are enthusiastic volunteers who work with the youth. They devote their time, knowledge, leadership skills and compassion to their teams and the sport. Without them we could not offer quality programs at such affordable prices. We are always looking for good coaches to lead our youth. Please volunteer at the recreation office. No experience is necessary to coach, and you need not have a child in the program.
Participation Warning
There are inherent risks of mental and physical injury in all recreational sports and activities; therefore you may be mentally and/or physically injured by participating. Our goal is to reduce or eliminate as many risks as reasonably possible to provide safe programs.
This does not mean that injuries will not happen. We ask for your full cooperation in following instructions regarding proper conduct, proper use of equipment and facilities, and adherence to the rules of a particular sport or activity as established by the Richfield Parks and Recreation Department. Participants are responsible for the cost of any injury(s), therefore, you are encouraged and Richfield Recreation recommends that you have adequate health insurance.
