PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code (Chapter 19 -Off-Street Parking and Loading).  The Commission will consider changing the parking spaces required for multiple family units when it can be proven that the project will never become student housing.  Also clarify that two parking spaces are required for each unit of two-, three-, and four-unit dwelling buildings.
