PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 7:10 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah for the purpose of accepting comments concerning technical amendments to Chapter 9.48 defining violations of the noise ordinance.  The amendments are available for review in the Office of the City Recorder, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  City ordinances can also be viewed at www.richfieldcity.com .
