PUBLIC HEARING 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at 7:10 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed amendments to Section 12.16.060 defining public nuisances and Section 8.21.060 A and G Notices of Violation; Remedies.  The amendments are available for review in the Office of the City Recorder, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  City ordinance can also be viewed at www.richfieldcity.com .
