NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)
1. Roll Call.
2. Approval of minutes for the meeting of October 7, 2009.
3. Public Hearing: (7:00 p.m.) Receive comments concerning proposed amendment to the Richfield City Land Use Management Code as it pertains to Section 1704 concerning garages and other accessory buildings located in residential zones. It is proposed that language be inserted which requires garage exteriors to be of a similar nature and in harmony with the existing homes in the neighborhood, and prohibiting the construction of galvanized steel or Quonset-type buildings.
4. Kevin Soper (Richfield Fire Center) to discuss the use of Lot 2, Richfield Industrial Park, for storage purposes.
5. Discussion and motion for recommendation to be made to the City Council amending Section 1704 concerning garages and other accessory buildings located in residential zones.
6. Other Discussion: a. Landscaping. b. Windmills. c. Planning Commission terms of office.
7. Adjournment.
