NOTICE OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of Richfield, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

 

1.  Roll Call.

 

2.  Minutes Approval.  Consider approving the minutes of

     August 19, 2009.

 

3.  Consider request Chet and Lisa White for a variance reducing

     the side yard setback requirement.  The property is located at

     180 West 100 North.

 

4.  Motion for review and finalization of the March 10, 2010,

     minutes.

     (The minutes will be prepared and mailed to each member of

     the Board of Adjustment.  The Board will have ten days to

     review the minutes and submit any changes to the secretary. 

     If after ten days, there are no changes the minutes will stand

     approved.  If there are changes, the process will be followed

     until all changes are made and the Board is in agreement. 

 

5.  Adjourn Meeting.

The undersigned Deputy Recorder for the municipality of Richfield City certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted at the Richfield City Office, faxed to The Richfield Reaper at (435) 896-8123, posted on the internet at richfieldcity.com, and mailed to each member of the governing body this 3rd day of March, 2010.
