                                                         SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to '52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a.  Consider additional expenses for the Olsen flood cleanup as discussed by Andrew Douglas.

b.  Consider approving a request for a vehicle sales lot at 22 East 200 South as discussed by Larry Jones and consider action taken by the Planning Commission on this use as discussed by Paul Hinrichs.

c.  Consider approaching Sevier County to request permission to place a .1 percent local sale and use tax to fund recreational, cultural, botanical and zoological facilities and the operating expenses associated therewith.

d.  Consider amending the City’s police department policy to allow officers to live within 10 miles of the City limits as discussed by Chief John Evans.

e. Review and discuss items for the 2010-2011 budget.
