NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to '52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

3.     PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation

4.     ROLL CALL

5.     MINUTES APPROVED -  February 4 and February 10, 2009

6.     BUSINESS

a.     Consider approving an agreement with FAA for an additional $725,000 for land acquisition and an agreement with the State for a matching $15,000 grant for the Airport.

b.     Consider approving Resolution 2009-4 implementing a penalty for dog owners who fail to license before March 1 of each year.

c.     Consider adopting Resolution 2009-5 accepting the Petition for Annexation filed by Garth O. and Merri J. Ogden.
