Central Utah's Aviation Entryway The Airport maintains a 6,645 X 75 foot lighted runway with PAPPI lights. The Airport is used regularly for cargo and charter operations. Currently there are no regularly scheduled passenger operations at the Airport due to the close proximity to Salt Lake City. Instrument approach is in place on runway 19/01 to accommodate aircraft in less than ideal weather. Richfield Airport, where "excellence" matters, provides convenient access to the rapidly developing business, recreational, and manufacturing enterprises located in Central Utah. As the aviation entryway to the region many executive jet flights are landing at the Airport every year and the number is growing. Because Richfield airport is located in central Utah you have convenient access to all the national parks, monuments, scenery, fishing, hunting and piute trails.
